When I was a little girl my grandparents practically raised me. Both of my parents worked full time so my grandparents would take me back and forth from school, all while making sure I had plenty of fast food in between :p What I am most grateful for are those afternoons spent curled up under my grandma's desk as she designed just about anything you can imagine for our family's print shop clientele. It was in those quiet moments that I watched her every move, awestruck at how it seemed she had the world at her fingertips, or should I say a good ol' 80's Macintosh.

In school I began to pursue business, finance and coding classes. I was eager to learn anything I could that would help me improve my newfound artistry. Upon entering college I decided to minor in graphic design. It was an absolute thrill to work alongside industry professionals as an apprentice and continue to perfect my craft. After graduating and moving to FL to marry my sweetheart,

I began working for various non profit organizations as their creative director. This was my first experience developing and leading design teams and it was truly exhilarating. Just a few short years later we welcomed our precious baby boy into the world and my heart broke at the thought of ever having to leave him to go back to work. I knew I needed to come up with a new way to pursue my work. This was the moment my vision for Alisabeth Designs was birthed. Not only did I see a huge need in the industry for affordable design services for small business owners, but I also believed the bar had to be raised.

Without hesitation, I spent the weekend developing what I could've never imagined would later become a life-giving, impact-driven, heart-felt business. And just two years later, all I can think about is how grateful I am that this opportunity has lead me here to you. If you've stuck around this long, thank you. It means so much to me that you would want to get a glimpse of my heart, and I hope that through reading this you have identified with my story in some special way. I am truly honored to tell the story of other creatives and I sincerely look forward to serving you.

THE AD TEAM

at your service

After a lifetime of drawing any chance she could and receiving her degree in illustration, Lauren became a part time freelance illustrator right out of college. Combining her love of visual storytelling and hand lettering, she decided to take her love of branding full time after becoming a mom. She’s committed to creating custom imagery that not only resonates with AD clients, but also their ideal clients. When Lauren isn’t creating, you can find her at home spending time with her husband and their two young kiddos. She’ll probably be wearing yellow, watching way too much TV, and sipping on some sweet tea.

Kayla is a highly caffeinated toddler mom obsessed with creating beautiful brands! She's a Jesus loving, coffee obsessed, country girl who's always singing. She embraced the freelance life when her husband joined the Marine Corps and loves working from home! After her family moved back to their hometown in NC, she joined the Alisabeth Designs team as a Branding Designer and is loving every minute of it.

In her down time she's either leading worship with her husband at church, playing softball, or spending time with the people she loves most.

Jade wears many hats in her different design jobs and is always ready to learn something new! She’s perpetually obsessed with the newest Pantone color of the year (it’s Living Coral by the way) and any whimsical font. She's a South Carolina girl, having grown up by the ocean, but has a serious case of wanderlust.

When she's not designing or traveling in her newly renovated RV, you can find her hanging out with her rescue pups or reading in a little cafe somewhere, usually while eating a piece of cake!

Kris grew up with a deep love of all things creative. As a kid, if she ran out of room in her sketchbook, she just used the walls (sorry Mom & Dad). Feeling unfulfilled in her job, she took a trip to Belize for inspiration where she met her now husband, moved to Ohio, and started freelancing as a brand and web designer. Her passion is helping AD clients tell their authentic stories through thoughtful design. When she’s not busy designing she’s spending time with her husband and their two rescue pups. Chances are she’s drinking an iced coffee, wearing fuzzy socks, eating potatoes in every form, and making time for random dance-off’s with her family.

Grace has been confident about pursuing a creative path since the age of 15 when she founded a summer camp for kids. She left college to get her journey started early, and has been loving every minute since. She typically has a cup of coffee in her hand (typically inside of a cute coffee shop), while working on a new idea.

She has a deep love for empowering women in their businesses & lives as a whole. She’s all about helping to ensure that Alisabeth Designs clients are taken care of & things keep moving as they should!
